Hi guys! I am back again... I was here a few years ago, and I think a few years before that. I lost the same 25 or so pounds a few times and gave up.
I started out this time at an all time high of 265 after not watching a single think I ate and having another baby. Since Sept.8 I have lost 20 lbs. and I feel better this go around. I moved to Utah and now I live near my sister who needs to lose about 50 lbs and my MIL who needs to lose about 40. We all started the same day so I have a lot of home support this time and I even have walking buddies.
I just wanted to kinda re-introduce myself, I was never really a big poster, but I do read the board here more than once a day. I even read all old posts from years ago. I hope to get to know everyone and hope I never take "a break" from 3 Fat Chicks again. This place is so motivational and supportive!
