I will stay on plan tomorrow because I cannot believe how many calories are in the egg roll I had with my dinner tonight! I knew it would be a bit of an indulgence, and I was reeeally hungry, but d***! I never would have guessed that it would have like 250 calories for one little egg roll... I shouldn't have looked up the nutritional information on my school dining hall's website, but I had only just discovered that the nutritional information was available at all, so I wanted to see how many calories I ate today. Ugh. Here's hoping I don't gain like 5 lbs overnight. *grumble grumble*

I will stay on plan because i will be the made of honor at my sisters wedding. and i don't want to stand up in front of all our family and friends being the size i am. I am also tired of shopping in plus size and spending a lot of money on the cloths.

I'm staying on plan today because I made it through stressful wedding season and lost weight too. Now is not the time to back slide. Gotta get the next 35 pounds off!

I will stay on-plan today because I need to flush all of the junk I ate last night OUT of my body! Everything must be healthy healthy healthy for the next few days.
