Hey Huma! Welcome to 3FC! Your post might get more attention if you make a brand new thread in the forum. But you'll find that there is plenty of advice floating around here, so if you really want to lose those 30 lbs, you can do it!

My NSV today is that I finally broke down and took in some of my old size-18 jeans last night... The size-16s that I bought a few weeks ago are already feeling loose (I knew I should have waited before buying more pants! But I thought they would last longer!), and I want pants that actually hug my body and show it off! LOL. But it felt like such a huge commitment... Plus, it was so weird to think These are pants that fit me totally well, even a little snugly this time last year, and I am now cutting 4 inches of fabric off of them... And another clothing-related NSV was that I tried on one of my shirts that I LOVE but has always been a bit tight on me, especially in the arms (like almost cutting-off-my-circulation in the arms, heh) and it was really loose on me! I haven't tried on that shirt in a while, so I was totally shocked. I was hoping that it'd fit better/more comfortably, but was not at ALL expecting it to be loose--even in the arms! That was a pretty cool feeling.

I set a goal at the beginning of the month that I would drink my minimum 64 ounces of water a day and exercise at lease three times a week. It is now the 31st of the month and I can report that I drank my water every single day this month and exercised 26 of the 31 days. I am very proud of myself!
