Hi Chicks...yesterday on a great on plan day.
I am so grateful. My back is feeling better - thanks to drugs!
The last 10 days of food have been half on and half off. I am not looking forward to getting on the scale this week at all. But, that was in the past...I am ready to move forward!
Today I am getting ready for an Art's Council showcase that is tomorrow afternoon. I have a table to show some 'things' about my storytelling programs (marketing stuff) and then 10 minutes to 'do my thing'. Although my pieces and parts aren't feeling the best, at this time I will plan on going. There will be at least 100 other performing artists there. I haven't seen them in a year.

gentle stretches
lots of water
log food and food values
meditation
PMA (positive mental attitude)
breakfast - egg white scramble with ketchup, pnb toast, 1/2 banana
snack - latte
lunch - turkey and lite cheese sandwich open face, veggies and dip
snack - plain yogurt and no sugar jelly - a few crackers
dinner - trader joes spinach lasgana and salad with red wine vinegarette
snack - oatmeal, almond butter, fruit, milk
Mj - Did you get your nails painted (toes, too). I totally understand about the pain meds.

Schmoodle - sounds like you approach the party with good tools to help you get thru. Life throws us so many food cirmcumstance to deal with. Your trip to Orlando sounds GREAT.
