Default Just do it! Todays look at myself.

Oh here I sit again...waiting for me to get my bum a moving to get my meals for today plan and to figure out how to get a workout in. I've recently fallen and gained I'm not sure how much this time. UGH! Same story but another year not at goal. Why do I contiune. I was so close just a few weeks ago and I had the tiger by the tail working out and eating on plan. I had the feeling that nothing could stop me. Life can really thow a curb ball. But then I think life will always be throwing curb balls and I need to stop and just do what needs to be done. Yea I fell and yea its going to be hard for me to get in the goove once again but I CAN DO IT! I have all in me that was before I just have to find it. So today I will just do it. I continue because I have to and really want to..

Just do it.

Ahh, Nike really grabbed a good one didn't they?

It's almost overly simplistic, and yet capable of triggering a deeper realization.

Just do it.

It means everything when we know what we have to do, but can't seem to get started.

Just do it.

You'll make it through today, because like you say, you have to... and you really want to.

Never give up! You can do it, just keep at it! I like the Nike slogan too. Just do it! I tell myself that all the time. I'm really not crazy about the cable guy, but I do tell myself to get r done a lot, lol.

I like reading Zelma's site too. She tells herself, when she's tempted to eat the wrong thing, "It's not an option Zelma". I said that to myself many times at first when I didn't want to do the treadmill. It really kept me going. Thanks Zelma!

OMG, I also say to myself 'It's not an option Zelma', which prompts crazy looks from my husband. I've never told him who Zelma is.

Thanks everyone all the kind words of wisdom! I've been reading zelmas page along with a few other and have maked some reusable stickers with inspiring pictures. I've placed them everywhere. My eating has been great my fitness well it could improve but I think I might be a bit happy
