Seriously, my stomach is punishing me!

I had a terrible weekend, food wise. Went to a baseball game and ate a brat, nachos, fries, candy, and then today I had a personal pizza cause I'm trying to clean out my freezer for moving. My stomach seriously feels like there are toddlers doing gymnastics in there!! All my meds are packed up and out of the apt too. I've been drinking water in hopes to "flush" out my system, but so far no luck. Ugh. I hope I've learned my lesson here. :(

:hug: my stomach gets the same way now. It makes eating that stuff REALLY not worth it! feel better soon.

Ugh I hate that feeling too. Hope you get to feeling better soon and just take this as a reminder of why you no longer want to eat this way on a regular basis..that's what I do when it happens to me...

thanks guys. I'm seriously done eating that way. Ugh, I have felt terrible all day. I even have like the acid reflux feeling, which I can't even remember the last time I had. Doesn't help matters at all that all my meds are a half hour away packed away in a mass of boxes....

I like to call that Gut Rot,and I as well HATE the feeling. Sometimes I do think our bodies communicate to us in a way as if to say "oh, ok, you wanna treat me like crap? I'll make you feel like crap" Ugh, I feel for you!!!
