Hi everyone I just stumbled upon this forum today and I have been reading ever since!
What a motivating group of people, I have had weight issues since I don't know when. I have tried every diet known to man I think. At one point I lost 50lbs and have since gained it all back and then some. Over the years I have exercised and dieted but never at the same time. I have been exercising regularly for about 4 months now, on Thursday I am going to a WW meeting. I have about 100 lbs to lose, I hope I am as successful as all of you.
