I will stay on my plan today because I really want to get to my mini goal of 194. You see when I reach 194....my next mini goal is 189 (yes, the 180's). I really want it!

I don't post much, but know I'm over here quietly rooting for you, Beverly! We reached onederland at the same time and it's fun to watch your progress. I know you're going to get to the 180s very soon!

Today I will stay on plan because things were kind of on hold in July, and this month I want to post a great loss.

I will stay on plan today because the owners of our community are throwing their yearly $70,000 picknick for the community members and this means pulled pork, chicken, hamburgers, hotdogs and a LOT of homemade 'dishes to pass'

I am retaining water like a mofo so I'm not going to eat anything that will make it even worse, and this means most of the food mentioned above!

Protein shake and fiber one bar, here I come!

it is the first of august. i can sense that fall is around the corner (hey, i live in oregon-it is cool here ).

and there are 21 weeks to christmas day.

22 to the end of the year.

i really really really want to have lost 50 pounds...actually 60 so i can be in ONEDERLAND!!!!!

I will stay on plan today because I'm only about 8 lbs. away from a 10% loss, and I'd love to see that on the scale! I lost about 5 lbs. during July...if I get my butt in gear and start exercising again I know I can lose 8 during August!

I will stay on my plan today because it feels good to have structure around food - because, for me, there seems to be no in between. It's either on plan or bingeing. I'll take being ON PLAN!
