I'm new, kinda......I used to post here regularly 8 years or so ago when I was on Weight Watchers.
Anyway, I'm back!
I'm Melanie, 34 years old. Mother of 2 - Courtnee (almost 17) and Colin (7). Married to dh for 7 years, together for 13 years.
I've just recently started at the gym again and this time plan to take is more seriously. Trying to work-out at least 3 times a week preferably 4 times. I have a work-out buddy so that helps.
I currently have about 150lbs to lose.......that scares me!
My 1st goal is to get into a workout routine, then I'm going to work on my eating habits. I need to take small steps.
I have some other health issues that will effect my progress but hopefully I'll be able to continue.
I look forward to posting my exercise everyday. I'm going to start when I see next weeks thread.
