For my reference
: 2 points for food. 1 point for water. 1 point for exercise
For food, I'm just trying to stay away from junk foods, fast food, pop, candy, etc... Watch my portions, have more fruits/veggies (downfall, I hate them, and NEVER eat them...which is part of my problem). And no nighttime snacking.
For exercise, I'm starting off with a goal of 30 minutes a day.
For water, 64+ oz's.
Week 1 Weight: 250
1 point. I started off good with the eating, but failed once I got to work! Got enough water (but thats the easy part for me), I didn't get around to any exercise today... Tomorrow is a new day.
1 point. I did overly-great on my water today, but once again, I ate all the wrong stuff, and didn't do anything for exercise.
1 point. Again good water. Bad food. No exercise.
4 points! I did good today on food, and water! I did alot of cleaning, which had me in a good sweat for about 2 hours, so I'm counting it as exercise!
3 points... I did good on water, and had only one minor mishap with food intake, but I'm not even counting it.. No exercise again. =(
3 points. All good except I didn't exercise, as usual.
Week 2 weight: 245lbs - I don't know how I managed to lose 5 pounds because I haven't done real great.
1 point. No exercise, and I've had like 4 brownies.

4 Points! WOHO! I stepped on the scale today.. "just to see" - And to my disappointment I gained 6 pounds. Arg. But its motivated me to do really well today, and so far so good! current weight 251lbs

I Have no idea what I did/ate last week. I didn't have internet, and I didn't write it down.
Week 4 weight:
3 points. I ate very little today thanks to getting over the flu. Got in my waters, but didn't exercise, too wore out from having the flu...
