Default my hundred pound goals

I can finally have my ticker in my signiture and seeing it made me realize I have three 100 goals:
  • to get down to less than 100 pounds to go to my goal
  • to finally weigh one hundred something
  • and to lose one hundred pounds
They aren't three equal challenges but I like how they break up the whole journey...

Hi there!!! Looks like you're well on your way to accomplishing your goals!

You are doing phenomenally well. Keep at it. Just keep on going. You CAN definitely achieve all that you set out to do. There's absolutely nothing stopping you.

You are doing great! I love breaking things down into smaller goals.

I can't lose 100 pounds....but, just maybe I can lose five pounds twenty times.

I really like that, I think that's a fabulous set of goals. They will keep you good company. But do come up with some smaller in between goals. It really makes a difference to have something short term to work towards. It makes it so much easier to feel like you're making progress.

Great goals! It's always good when you can break it down like that.
