Calorie counting gave me a method to fix the madness.

A high protein, moderate carb balance gives me control over cravings.

I firmly believe, the more good info I have regarding my weight loss journey, the better I can make more productive subconcious decisions.

Very Interesting. I didn't agree with #9 at all though. But he did make a note that maybe he was off somewhat.
