This is very cool. I made a goal last month to be able to do pushups. I added 60 wall pushups into my strength training routine 3x a week and really feel stronger already. There is something really empowering about being able to do push ups, I think. I can't wait to just drop and do them in front of my kids someday. LOL
Lost 103 pounds, regained 60+, taking it off again.
