We Love Lyn!
If any of you read Lyn's blog (which you should because it's excellent!), then you know she is going through some rough stuff at home. I don't think she has any family support where she lives and she could really use it right now. She hasn't been around this week, and I thought when she comes back it would be nice if she saw how much love and support we have for her here at 3fc.
So Lyn, we love you, we are thinking of you, missing you, and want to help you through this tough time any way we can.

Oh my goodness, you guys!! You really brought tears to my eyes. Schmoodle you are SO sweet to write this.. so thoughtful. You guys are the best. I have really been in a whirlwind of emotions and dealing with stuff that is HUGELY emotional/distressing right now, and the support I am finding here and on my blog is just a lifesaver. Truly. Life Saver. THANK YOU.
Things are still very up in the air right now (major, huge, perhaps unforgivable things with DH) so I have been really out of it, as far as not getting online or having a head on my shoulders to get back in the swing of things. Its hard to focus on my health while this is going on, but I realized I HAVE to. And I feel so much stronger when I am eating right.
I have never felt SO very close to just falling apart and regaining ALL the weight. I think this weekend, I really believed I was done, I was gonna regain it ALL. But all the online support has made such a difference. And the prayers, I can really FEEL the prayers/good thoughts/energy coming to me. Again I thank you SO much, I wish I could respond to each person one at a time because it means so much to me. I will be checking my PMs tonight and hope to respond to them in the next few days.
You know, it just occurred to me that maybe this weight loss journey prepared me, in a way, for this crisis. I don't think I would have had the strength to deal with this a year ago. I think I would have flipped out.
Thank you all again... I will be back asap.

You are not alone, our thoughts and prayers are with you. Don't deal with the crisis by punishing yourself with food. Remember, no matter how hard things seem at the moment...this too shall pass.
