I've read a few threads and realized how much I've missed it here. I've been trying for the last 14 months to get back on track after my 3 months wait after my 3rd son was born. In the mean time I had started smoking again and packing the weight back on. Unbelievably I'm up to 307lb, the highest I have ever been not pregnant. I quit smoking almost two weeks ago and trying to get in more exercise and now just starting to focus on my food. I'm also reading Overcomign Overeating. I signed up to take a Fitness and Nutrition diploma and I'm still working full time. I also signed back up at spark people but I need the support of this board again. So I'm back and hope to be participating a lot.
