I was a little worried about vacation and my diet. I wasn't in my element, we ate out lots and I wasn't surronded by the healthiest of foods. No workouts either. I got home today after being gone a week and the scale read 229. Im still a bit bummed about my body sticking around the 230-233 range for a month in a half, but I'll take the 220's and plaster a big smile on my face, bc it coulda been a gain this week, easily.
