Word of advice. Weighing on more than one scale (and especially random grocery store scales that are probably NEVER calibrated) will drive you insane. I know that my home scale and the gym scale will never read the same number. I know my home scale is correct and only *trust* that one to gauge gains and losses. I use the gym scale due to lack of self control
I just can't help it! But I don't let it get to me because it isn't accurate against my home scale.
