OK, so I've had the WORST cold for about 4 days now ~ managed all winter to not get sick, but get a doozy of a cold when it's 95 degrees outside! but i digress ~ and if I can't TASTE anything, I have to force myself to eat !!! Some sugar-free Mr. Freezey's helped the throat situation too... and i managed to drop 5 lbs LOL

so not fair!!!

instead of lap band surgery can they put somethign on my tongue so i can't taste for about a year??!? LOL

I wish I could say the same. I have walking pneumonia, apparently, and all the meds have made me retain water like nobody's business.

I get a summer cold every year -- it stinks, but it is usually the only time during the year I'm sick.

I have joked that I would like my jaw wired shut -- just until I can lose a bunch of weight, not being able to taste something has never really seemed to stop me :D
