Yesterday was my rest day. Today I am doing Slim in 6 and C25K W3D3! I am really nervous about week 5 of c25k cause its a 20 minute nonstop run. I don't know if I can do it in 2 weeks.

crazycurls - you can do the C25K! I just graduated that program LOL! The 20 minute run had me terrified, but take it slow and pace yourself. It really does get easier.
You might want to do either/or with the SI6 and jogging. The later SI6 stuff is intense (burn it up).

Today I did my lower body bowflex workout and then ended up taking 3 bike rides of 4 miles each. So - guess that is 12 miles LOL!

FiberLover, so far with the C25K, I wasn't feeling like I was getting enough exercise so I added SI6. If the jogging gets really intense, I will drop the SI6. I haven't made it to the burn it up part yet. I think I am going to stick with the ramp it up for a while. Thanks for the advice!!!

Bike ride to work, to the sitter's and 1.5 hours of personal training with my upper body and breaks with cardio.

ETA: Rain went away - walked 4 miles with the pup.

no workouts for me this week and probably not next week either

My fever and chills and body aches that one doctor thought were sun poisoning has turned out to be Lymes disease.

Hopefully it will go away with the antibiotics but I have to be tested every 6 weeks to make sure it doesn't come back once it does go away

I do miss my exercise though and hope to be back to it in a couple of weeks.

Oh I hope you feel better soon jay41, take good care of yourself! Speedy recovery wishes.

I'm trying really hard to cut down on my gas consumption and add more activity into my day. My car uses premium fuel and it can get costly. I'm so used to exercising just for the sake of exercising, not for other reasons and am truly enjoying it as a means of transportation.

I started my day off with a 2 mile walk to the Farmer's Market. It was a bit hard because my arms ache so bad from yesterday's training and I was pulling the wagon loaded with my 40 pound son and lots of veggies. I'll add more later

jay - sorry to hear about the Lyme disease! At least the doctor identified it now and can get you the proper treatment.

Today I did a 15 mile bike ride.
