I agree with the others....the key is finding a plan that you can live with...not a temporary quick weight loss idea. Include movement/exercise, lots of water, healthy foods, support here at the boards and you will find your way.
Most of all - and the key - is when you eat something unplanned, please forgive yourself and carry on.
