Hi! I am Kristy and I live in Iowa. I ma 24 years old and I have 2 children. Blake who is 7 (Feb. 15, 1995) and Gabriel who I just had Jan. 29, 2002. I am married to Josh (bet you knew that by my screen name lol) and he is also 24 years old. I am looking foreward to meeting people who have a bunch of weight to lose also. You can visit my family website at my family website
Hi Kristy. love your picts, the kids are such cuties!!!
welcome to the board. we love newbies and well the more the merrier. jump in and do not be shy. we all get to know each other when we post more, and it is much easier when you know you have friends to reach out to for support. and well we all have been there (and are still there) so we know what you are going through. so welcome!!!
Hi Kristy, glad you joined in. You can find a lot of support here, especially at those times when you find you really are at your weakest. Don't be afraid to post questions, the lovely people here are always ready and willing to help. I see you have already lost 7 pounds-CONGRATULATIONS. Hope to see you around here often.
Just wanted to add my welcome to the list-feel free to post often. My son is the same age as yours almost. He will be 7 in April (I can't imagine two kids-you go girl!!) Good luck to you on your weight loss journey-I will check out your site too!
It is easier because they are spaced out. Blake just turned 7 Feb 15 and Gabe is only 6 weeks. So almost 7 years between them to. I want at least 1 more. I really really want a little girl.
I am alos a newbie and already feel like the weight has been lifted off my shoulders a little bit. It feels good to know there are other people who are in the same boat and will support you.
We all will be successful with eachothers help.
Glad to meet you Kristy, wecome to your second home and believe me to be sucessful having this second home is the greatest blessing as we all have walked the same path and know all of the ups and downs just like you do. Together we can move mountains. No only in weight but n life. This is an unexpected growing experience as well. It is an adventure to be sure and the one that can change your life.
Pam
Welcome Kristy... Sorry, I was slumping, and I tend to stay away when I am, so I don't spread my negativity... I hope you'll find the support you need here, I know I have. Great pics of the family :-)
