Ha! I'm the newbie and starting this thread. Hope nobody minds, but I was so excited and proud of myself that I wanted to share this morning!!

My kids' swim lessons start tonight so it will be hard to get exercise in during the evenings. So I'm up an hour early & going for a walk this am. Yay me! :carrot:

I'm back. *whew* I took a 4 lb weight with me, and did about 5 diff arm exercises while I was walking as well. Yay me!

FB - hope it was a tailwind for your bike ride! Headwinds suck LOL!


Today I did my lower body bowflex and then C25K. Another 25 minute jog. Although I did 28 minutes so I could finish a full 1 3/4 miles.

:cheer2::cheer3::woohoo:Everyone is starting the week out right! Did my 15 eliptical and then 35 mins of weights and finished with 15 mins on the treadmill.

Extra things I did today (in addition to my early morning walk) include: 15-20 mins of Dance Dance Revolution, walked up 3 flights of stairs at the dr office, and did leg kicks in the pool while the girls were in swim lessons.

I did 1.5 miles of the 3-mile WATP. DD woke up early from her nap grumpy, and my workout ended early. It's a beautiful day though, so after dinner, I might take the kids out for a walk.

Hiya everyone!

Today was upper body bowflex :lifter: , then the Firm Cardio Overdrive (45 min). That one makes me sweat!

Monday and Tues I did 30 minutes on the treadmill and some weights. My feet kinda hurt though. But I am glad I've been consistint in my workouts. I can eat more when I work out too...;)

How's the walking to/from work working out for you? I saw your post, saying that you were going to start doing that! :D
