This thread gives me the opportunity to thank everyone here at 3fc for their help, support, kindness and inspiration. It's been at least 20 years since I've weighed less than 200 pounds. I feel like I need to pinch myself - could this be true?.... I jumped on the scale at least 4 times to make sure.
Thanks again to you all. It proves that we can never give up hope - that although we try over and over again, we must keep on starting again because it might be the time it "sticks". If you know what I mean. Every day that I have 'sanity' with food is a gift to me - I am always grateful for those days.
