I have got to get a grip. Yesterday's dinner, I went way overboard. Note to self: do not order *that much* pizza again. I have to eat something healthy tonight... something low cal... I have leftover cabbage soup in the freezer so I will have that.

Hmmmmm.... half of a calzone and a side salad.
There was construction in front of our house (ongoing, actually) and they turned our water off from 3pm to 7pm.
So DH and I biked to dinner. Local pizza place about 5 miles away that makes *the* best calzones, all from scratch. Split one with DH and it was heavenly! Yum. At least I biked LOL!

Tonight I had beef stir fry with cabbage, broccoli slaw, and a little sesame oil. It's better than it sounds.

Mmmm... everything sounds so good!
I had turkey wraps: La Tortilla Factory green onion tortillas, roasted turkey chunks, tomatoes, lettuce, onions, yellow peppers and a bit of crumbled blue cheese.

Kara! Sorry it took me so long to answer you. I have been totally out of it for 3 days. Here is how I make my cabbage soup:
http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Healing...up/Detail.aspx
I often add chopped zucchini and extra onion and garlic.
