I will stay on my plan today because I can usually figure out a way to make it work - even when I am away from home. I am worth it.

Because I feel like I'll have an awesome weigh in tomorrow and I don't want to mess it up. And, because my husband and I have a deal -- after I lose the first 50, he'll pay my WW for the last 50 lbs (and we all the know the first bit usually comes off faster than the second )!!

I'm staying OP, even though the scale has not been my friend, but I do feel so much better when I eat what is healthy for me, and my "skinny" jeans are becoming my fat jeans, so I'm losing inches and the scale will have to learn to play fair, and stop cheating, I'm not giving in, like so many times in the past, when things do not seem like they're working, they are, maybe not in my time frame.

OK...I finally have a good one for me.

I am staying on plan today because I will have to get on an airplane in a couple weeks and I want the seat belt to fit with room to tighten!
