Thanks so much to the gals who responded to my "In a Bad Place in My Head" post yesterday. Your suggestions re: mindset and framing have made an incredible difference for me. I feel so much better that yesterday, in addition to my morning yoga, that evening I dragged out my free weights and, at a *reasonable* amount of weights and reps for someone who's been out of the game for quite awhile, did the whole "Strong Women Stay Young" workout. And it felt GOOD!
