Does anyone know how many calories are in the little packages of duck sauce you get at chinese restaurants? Im eating some home made brown rice, and I thought duck sauce might be a little better than soy sauce!!

About 70-80 calories in a packet.

Not sure how much is in one of those packets, but FitDay puts this at 40 calories per tbsp. I would guess a packet has a little under a tbsp, but you could measure.

Personally, unless you have a problem with salt, I'd go with the soy sauce. The duck sauce is all sugar.
