no weight loss this week. I'm under so much stress, I've done pretty well with eating, idk....It just gets frustrating when you don't see losses. Congrats to all who do have a loss this week!
I'm down 3 lbs to 319, which will be my starting weight for the BLC "Just Beachy" summer challenge. (Can't wait!) So I've got to keep that loss to keep even for the first week.
I was 224, Monday morning I was 221.4!!!! I have only just started posting on here and using Fitday, so it is making a difference. I have also tape meaasured myself so I will measure myself again on monday and see if that changes too.
I'm up .5 pounds this week and I'm happy about that. I had a lot of eating where didn't have control over what was served and just tried to stick to salads and such and Jeff and I got a night out so just gaining .5 pounds with three big events this week is awesome.
I've been on that scale every stinkin day since Monday - hoping it would get better..... but it stinks!! I'm up 3 lbs, and I'm struggling..... I have to get back on track!
