    246!! down 3 pounds woo hoooooo!!!
  • I'm up next. No loss for me this week unfortunately. I'm still at 195 and holding.

    Somer, good job on your three pound loss! That is an excellent week!

    195 sounds good to me.. I was 195 for years no matter what I ate or what I did. You are doing great!
  • no weight loss this week. I'm under so much stress, I've done pretty well with eating, idk....It just gets frustrating when you don't see losses. Congrats to all who do have a loss this week!

  • MAJOR MILESTONE REACHED! YAY!

    Official Weigh-In Wednesday: 262.4 lbs - - down 3.6 from last week (last week was TOM so I only lost .6) for a total of FORTY LOST as of this week!

    I'm so happy!!!
  • Great job on the losses. Hang in there those who maintained or gained. It's all about the big picture!


    I had a great WI. Down 1.6 pounds
  • I'm down 3 lbs to 319, which will be my starting weight for the BLC "Just Beachy" summer challenge. (Can't wait!) So I've got to keep that loss to keep even for the first week.

  • A week ago I weighed 221 lbs. I bounced up to 228 a few days ago, fluctuating I assume because of my period.

    Today I weigh 219 lbs!
  • I was 224, Monday morning I was 221.4!!!! I have only just started posting on here and using Fitday, so it is making a difference. I have also tape meaasured myself so I will measure myself again on monday and see if that changes too.
  • I'm up .5 pounds this week and I'm happy about that. I had a lot of eating where didn't have control over what was served and just tried to stick to salads and such and Jeff and I got a night out so just gaining .5 pounds with three big events this week is awesome.
  • I've been on that scale every stinkin day since Monday - hoping it would get better..... but it stinks!! I'm up 3 lbs, and I'm struggling..... I have to get back on track!
