Since I'm beginning the week with an aching hip I'm going to not push myself beyond what I have as my April goal... 30 minutes every day, doesn't matter what it is, just has to be 30 minutes.

I jumped ahead and started my workouts for this week yesterday because its gonna be a crazy week.
Sunday I did week 6 workout 1 of C25k.
Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then:
Jog 1/2 mile (or 5 minutes)
Walk 1/4 mile (or 3 minutes)
Jog 3/4 mile (or 8 minutes)
Walk 1/4 mile (or 3 minutes)
Jog 1/2 mile (or 5 minutes)
Today I did workout 2
Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then:
Jog 1 mile (or 10 minutes)
Walk 1/4 mile (or 3 minutes)
Jog 1 mile (or 10 minutes)
Sometime before the week is up I have to do workout 3.
Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then jog 2-1/4 miles (or 25 minutes) with no walking.
Ill probably do a couple extra days of walking on the treadmill too.

I have a monthly goal of 1200 minutes of exercise. I am at 1130 minutes as of today, so I am sure I will make it! I have only one day of no exercise left to spend, so hopefully I will far exceed it.

My weekly goal (Monday - Friday) is to get in a minimum of 4 hours - I honestly shoot for 1.5 hours 4 days week - but I can't always make it - so as long as I have gotten in 4 hours - I feel good.
Then on the weekend - my goal is about 4-5 hours of yard work - mowing, trimming, planting, weeding etc. I consider the weekend bonus time.

Come to my house! My yard is in need of some love and I hate doing it! I like mowing the lawn but everything else just frustrates me -LOL-

I would love to! We could trade yard work - weedeating, mowing and raking are three of my most unfavorite things... I prefer to play in the flowers beds - the planting, pruning etc.... So far I have put in three separate beds (not including the flowers directly in front of my house) in my front yard. Two separate flower beds and one veggie garden in the back of my house. I have come to realize that what I am really doing is trying to cover up all the grassy areas so that I don't have to mow....

I exercise 6 days a week..Sunday off. My goal for this week is to start walking at night after dinner. It's so nice out now. I'll start off with 1 night a week, and I'll still do my exercises during the day, that won't change.
