Exercise...hmm...I don't know why it's so hard for me to do. I just don't like doing it I'll do it for few weeks and then I'll stop for few weeks. I barely exercised last couple weeks. Although I started again yesterday. I walked 45 mins on the treadmill while watching a movie. Today when I go home I'll do some ab exercises as well as 30 - 40 mins of treadmill.

19,300 steps yesterday!!! Track-a-thon today (walk/run around the track for 2 hours to raise money for the team), so I plan on aiming for 20,000 steps today!!!

Gela - great job!

Kim - 20,000 steps!! Wow, that is impressive!

Today I ended up doing a lot of exercise. Got up early to do the Couch to 5K training. Then we walked to breakfast at Dunkin Donuts (25 minutes round trip), then I did my strength training workout.
Then I did leaf raking at my flip house.
DH said he wants to go biking later, maybe - so it might be even more! I am kind of tired, though - but I will do it.

5 min gazelle
5 min recumbent bike

Tuesday:
Took off

Wednesday:
5 min bike
? Min orbitrek(not much)

We will see what today holds in store

19,400 steps yesterday... I really wanted 20,000 but my feet were hurtin a little too much... 15,000 today is the goal (no practices or gym class, so I'll have to go for an extra walk after my Drs. appt.).

Circles - great job on getting moving, keep it up!

Kim - that is still a ton of steps! I got a new battery for my pedometer yesterday, so I can start wearing it again.

You should sleep with it on and see if you sleep walk

Today I did 4 Fast Miles with Leslie Sansone. Then we are going for a bike ride again tonight. The last nice day for a while, according to the forecast.

Have you all joined the 3FC 5k for this weekend? http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/showthread.php?t=138919

I might need to do it indoors if the weather is pouring.

You guys are so inspiring!!I haven't started exercising yet and with you guys as examples, I feel I can do it! I plan to do Leslie Sansone (but not 4 miles) just 1 to start. I soon will be starting Joyce Vedral weight lifting on alternate days. I'm sure I'll be back here for some of that will-power dust and Mother's Day and Memorial Day goals sound good too. And I love that one about the pedometer to check for sleep walking - very cute.

Doragone - glad you found our thread! Mez is our fearless leader, but she has been sick - so we are carrying on for her. You will love the weight training, I wish more women weren't afraid of it. You will build strength very quickly (but no bulk).

Gela - I am doing the 5K tomorrow, it might have to be indoors, though.

Today I did my full body bowflex workout.

I also did W2D1 of C25K. I jogged for 90 second intervals! Woohoo! It was doable, too. I may make it through the 9 weeks after all!

So only 11,000 steps yesterday... the weather is really nasty out right now and only supposed to be worse over the next couple days so I haven't exactly figured out what I'm going to do for exercise this weekend as my neck injury keeps me from doing all my workout DVDs. Any suggestions?
