I am staying on my plan because I know what happens when I eat with abandonment... I get fat. I can't return to that same lifestyle. "Definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results." I'm done with doing the same thing!

I'm staying on plan today b/c I want to see some actual weight loss after I get my TOM!!! I know it's there... I have been staying on plan and exercising. I am staying on plan b/c I will not let the scale psych me out!!
