I'm staying on plan today for two reasons. The first reason is because I weighed in today and I'm down 5.8lbs, so thats a total of 20lbs so far. The other reason is I'm realizing that this is really possible! With hard work I can do this!
However.......I will stay on plan because failure is not in my dictionary....the pain i feel working out now will never equal the pain of feeling fat.....
for me it's because the doctor told me if i don't get better i've got to get tested for asthma. I'll be darned if i gain so much weight i develop ASTHMA!!!
