I know there are lots of benefits with eating beans. However, I have never really tried them. I tried one (yes, a single) baked bean once - yuck!
I was thinking of starting with black beans.. and cooking them myself (yes, I know it can be a lot of work)
Any suggestions to make them taste good? Why am I so scared of new foods?
I tried spinach for the first time ever - about a month ago - and I love it! - cooked and raw - weird, eh?
