YAY!!! I lost 3lbs this week! Im very excited...since the last few I have only lost .8 or stayed the same!

great work Kara! keep it up hopefully I'll join you with a 3 lb loss next week.... because I lost about .4 of a lb this week (but honestly am just happy it didnt turn into a gain).

I need to plan PLAN PLAN my meals. None of this last minute 'figure it out' crap! I'll be back next Saturday with a better loss.

Well, I've lost 4 pounds so far. Maybe, by Mother's Day I can lose 2 more. (that would put me in Onederland) My actual goal is 5 lbs.- so, at least I am almost there.

At weigh in this morning I surpassed my Mothers Day Goal of losing 7 lbs. I lost 3.5 lbs this week! I have decided to try and lose 5 lbs more by Mothers Day bringing my goal to 12 lbs.

I finally got over my 2 month plateau -- I got rid of any white bread, am eating more protein, and started walking. I lost 4 pounds this week and only have to lose 1 more to make goal!!

I only lost one pound this week despite doing pretty well -- but it generally takes my body 10 good on plan days to start showing real losses.

4 pounds to go for my for my Mother's Day goal. I'm going to get as close as I can!

I lost 1/2 lb this week. Not much but it is still a loss and I will take it! I have 2.5 lbs to go to reach my second Mother's Day goal. Don't think I will get there but I will get close! Congrats on all the losses everyone. We are all doing fantastic!

These were my goals for the Mother's Day Challenge:

My goals -

plan and journal my food everyday - yes

meditate at least 5 times a week yes

do movement and stretches 5 times a week - no- about every other day

lose 5 pounds - I've lost 6 pounds and made it to Onederland

I weighed in because I'm going out of town tomorrow.. my hard work has paid off. I made it to 228.8 (228 was my goal).
