Today, I have been tempted to go to the break room and buy some snacks. I ate breakfast when I got to work and I brought my lunch. On my first break I was so hungry and wanted to go and buy a snack. Instead, I sipped on water and before I knew it my 64 oz. jug was almost gone! I ate my lunch and now I am getting slightly hungry and I am drinking my water and it is really helping! In the past, this would never take the hunger away (or maybe I just wanted the food way too much). This is a great feeling!
