Honestly.... I think it depends on the person.
If you are the kind of person who is emotionally affected every time the scale shows a gain.... then I think it's a really bad idea to be a scale hopper.
I am on the scale several times a day... lol... but I've been doing this for years. I know if I have a salty meal the night before, the next day I'm going to be showing a gain and I'm happy with that. I know if I've not been drinking my water I'll show a gain.... or if it's
that time of the month. I've been doing it for soooooo long now I know the highs and lows I get every week and every month and a gain doesn't effect me... if anything it helps. If I see I'm up on the scale I'll figure out why and then I'll up my water intake or whatever to compensate for it.
