I know there is a South Beach thread but I thought I would ask here first....

Do any of you subscribe to thier website? Is it worth it?

i don't subscribe but i do belong to several free sites that are devoted to south beach...

Hi Darlene. I've been there, done that, and wouldn't waste my time again. Any information you need can be found right here on 3FC in the Southbeach stickies and threads. And, the support you can find here at 3FC tops anything I ever received over on the SB site.
