Since I started my diet last week, I have been going to the park everyday and walking. The kids have been enjoying that too!
So today, we went alittle later and when I let them play on the jungle gym, since nobody else was around and watching *lol* I did a bunch of climbing, sliding and swinging!! It was sooo much fun and it really got my heart pumping!! I was amazed at how much climbing I could still do! I felt like I had a better workout than any video I had done and I had a great time with the kids. Soooo a couple days a week, I will be going about that same time so I can let lose! I just wanted to share because it was alot of fun and a great workout too!!
