Hi,

I'm down one pound this week. The weight is coming off VERY slowly, but I haven't exactly been perfect with eating and I can't exercise due to injuries.
I'm glad to have a loss.

Total loss since 1/1 14.5 lbs. I really wish I'd lost .5 more so I"d have 15 lbs off, but that will come next week.

Official weekly Weigh in this morning: 274.4

A loss of 2.6 pounds this week!!!!! yay!!! Total loss since Jan 1st '08= 28 pounds. Yippee!!!

And it's actually, seriously, can't-believe-it kinda EASY this time around...; guess that shows that eating healthy and getting a BANG out of every calorie you eat really helps...

O.K. I have two daughters doing this with me and i got on the computer and saw that my yongest was loged in and without thinking i used her account to post.....boy did i feel silly!shes in the featherweigt forum anyway I lost 6 lbs this week amd i,m super excited about the weeks ahead!

Well I can't believe it but I'm down 3.5 lbs this week. Not that I've been off plan but I've been so sick with this plague/cold and recovering from the kidney stone that I haven't been working out. I tried to go on Tuesday but I only made it 20 min on the treadmill and then while doing my weight routine I nearly passed out. Yes, I'm stubborn and kind of stupid. All I was concerned about was how embarrased I was going to be if I fell down. Anyway. I still lost some pounds so yea!

TOM finally left and I've broken my 250 rut. I hit 249 this week. Before TOM I was at 251. So a 2lb loss.

2 weeks ago: 309.6
Last week: 310.0
This week: 307.2

Total loss: 13 lbs since January 17. Slower than I would like, but at least it is moving!
