Linda That is awesome and good way to look at things. Like you said, try not to focus on the fact that's where you once were. It's where you are now oh so briefly and before long it will be a distant memory.

As a former and in recovery closet eater, see other post about the candybar on the street, I used to think of my food in my binges as my "friends". How sad but that was where I was at in those days! I was making "friends" with the wrong "people".
