Thanks for all the incouragement and great info!!! I will have to make myself find the time to get fit. I think I will start to wear the ankle weights until it warms up enough around here for me to start going for walks outside. But yes I will start the exercising asap.!! Thanks again!!!

Hi and I too schedule in my exercise. I try to get in 30 min. to an hour in the mornings. (I've been sick and still not back at 100%) then I try for 30-45 min. on my lunch break and finally I will at least walk after I get the kids in bed. I feel so much better when I get my exercise in.
