An attitude of gratitude - Week of March 2 - March 8

  • It seems that no matter where we are in the journey of life... if our food and life are in a good place OR if our food and life are not in the best place... It always helps to show gratitude. There's always something to be grateful for.

    Got five? Want to share?

Please feel free to share daily or weekly or whenever you like.
  • I'll start -

    - willingness to try - I am so, so grateful

    - went to the board meeting and made it thru...even though I've got a cold and a sore throat. I am usually very vocal...maybe they are greatful??? - I listened more

    - two days I can rest before I have a scheduled program

    - talked to my son and DIL - my grandson had a good one year check. Sure am grateful.

    - friends, family, 3fc, internet connections.
  • I try to think of five things to be grateful for every day and write them down in a little book. It is often the same things, but that is o.k. I am grateful for: my husband, my children, my pets, the sun, friends. And this board. Still struggling, but I am here.
  • I'm grateful for

-my new job that I will be starting in 2 weeks.

    -my hubby

    -my son

-my hard work at losing 3 lbs this week!

-this board because it's be a great inspiration so far!
  • I'm grateful:

    -that I'm healthy
    -that it's sunny outside again!!!!!
    -that my pantry is clean
-that I made it through my walk today
-for the love of my family and for the small things in life

    Cheers,
    Ginger
  • I am grateful:

-- that it's so cold out my hands and feet are freezing.
-- that garlic exists. And from garlic, you can have roasted garlic! Yummm!
-- that both my parents are alive and healthy and active.
-- that my husband is giving our daughter a bath.
-- that I can go walking at a park tonight and feel relatively safe.
  • that our parents are alive and healthy and live so close
