I'm staying on plan today because I've finally gotten myself back into an exercise routine and I don't want to sabatoge it by eating poorly. Also, I want to hit my first goal this week.

Because my BEST friend is getting married...and she just asked me to be her bridesmaid!!! I've never been one before!

The wedding may be in the fall..they're not sure yet.
I, of course am hoping for a nice long time for me to get looking gooood for it!
She's about the same size as me and wants to lose before the wedding too.
