joylove26: I get in spurts where I won't want to cook either, but usually what I'll do is cook for the first few days of the week, and then eat leftovers for the rest so I don't have to worry about it so much. Glad ya had a good weekend. I'm sure you will have no problem taking those few lbs back off.
I eat a whole lot of leftovers. When I cook, I intentionally make enough so that I can take it for lunch the next day just so I don't have to fix a whole other meal. Yea, lazy, I know
