I am sorry you are going through this. But, can I say that you have a fabulous attitude regarding your diet! Wow...2 slices of cheese pizza? Personally I don't think that is horrible as I will occasionally work that into my daily calories.
Hang in there. I know it isn't easy. Find something to occupy your time/thoughts while you are considering what to do...exercise, call a good friend, call your mom, journal, rent a comedy, go see a movie, exercise
draw, whatever....refocus your self. Maybe try eating an oreo cookie in AT LEAST five bites! (jk on that one...)
