Okay... so I'm not COMPLAINING... I'm just baffled.
Weigh in was this morningI lost 1.6 pounds this week (yay for me!)
However... I'm kinda upset that it wasn't more! (I know, I know, every loss is a good loss).
But I was VIOLENTLY ill since Saturday afternoon... I would eat something, it would go through me in an hour. I spent four days straight on the toilet, nearly every 2 hours. And I tried keeping with the diet and didn't overeat and didn't really undereat too much either, despite the bathroom woes.
So during the whole thing, as miserable as I was, I'm thinking "hey, at least the number on the scale will be nice to look at!"
I would have lost 1.6 pounds irregardless of the sickness--- I've been losing appx 2 pounds every week while I've been dieting.
So why the small loss even though nothing stayed put too long?? ugh...
