CONGRATS!!! That's fantastic news! What you can and cannot do will depend on so many things as the pg progesses. As far as the weight gain, don't worry, I was obese when I got pg both times - started at 220 - and gained 13 and 15 pounds. Of course, I was being careful. Best of luck for a HH9M!!

What wonderful news! Congratulations! Don't worry about the weight gain. I was overweight when I got pregnant and kept my weight gain to 15 lbs - and 11 lbs of that ended up being Baby! Just keep eating healthy. (Oh and breastfeeding is a HUGE calorie burner!)
