I got this idea off of another board, but thought it would be a good idea here too!!

Mine are:
coffee
bran flakes
chunky chicken noodle soup
low fat black cherry yogurt
zuchinni

I eat (and drink) these everyday!!

But these I consume at least 4-5 days a week:
Vanilla almond milk
Laughing cow cheese
Popcorn
