Yahooooo!!!!! I have almost doubled my Valentine's Day goal!! I have lost 12 lb since beginning this new lifestyle, and I haven't been able to exercise ( pinched nerve in my back, yuck),... yet!!! Watch out world!!! Here I come!!!!!

I gained - altho TOM is about to start so it's hard to really say whats what. I am going to post a gain - up 2 pounds - but it'll be gone next week, I'm 100% sure!

I'm down 4.2lbs this week! WAY above my normal loss rate, but I think I was holding some water last week, so it's likely due to that. Either way, I'll take it!
Down 2 lbs this week. I am thrilled, and also surprised, because this was a total non-exercising week. I messed up my back, and it hurt to move, so everything but yoga went on hold. So I expected no loss, or even a small gain. But instead, 2 pounds!
OMG!!!! I'm down another 5lbs!!! Thats 10lbs. I'm so proud of myself. I cheated a couple of times, but I stuck to it, and thats what so different this time around. All the other times I just gave up. Not this time!!
