Hello! My name is Liz. I have been on this board for awhile but haven't posted for a long time. I am going back to WW next week and I am really determined this time to stick with it. I am sooo tired of being overweight and feeling ugly, fat and hopeless. I need to lose this weight, for myself, for my health, for my kids, etc. Anyway I am at about 215 right now and want to be 115. I am aiming to get to goal in a year from now so hopefully if I work hard I will be able to accomplish that goal. I really need some support and talk to those of you that also have a long road ahead and need to lose a lot of weight.
back, I understand I have come along way but still have a long way 2 go, it looks like we are at the same point right now, I used 2 go 2 WW but had 2 stop and I really miss it, good luck and have fun w/it, post often, you can do this

I felt the exact same way when I started. I also did it for the same reasons as you. We are so glad to have you back! You can do this Liz! Please believe in yourself. It is so worth it!
