The one reason I will stay on my food plan is that I really want to have a sane relationship with food - if I plan my food and work thru the day to eat well - it's good practice for what I hope will be a lifetime.

I'm on plan today because my great weekend plans just got ruined by having to work. In the old days I'd have felt like I was entitled to a plateload of brownies to make myself feel better. Now I'm going to stick with my plan and unload my anger on the idiot who didn't do his job and ruined my weekend. Seems much healthier, at least for me. Maybe not for him.
